Caroline Carson
Caroline Carson is an Episcopal priest, conductor, and space science enthusiast. She was formerly the Director of Choral Activities at The University of New Orleans and St. Paul's Episcopal Church, was President of ACDA in Louisiana, and Assistant Conductor of the NOLA Civic Symphony. A 2019 Canterbury Scholar of the Anglican Communion, she is very active in global partnerships and missions, teaching, and continues to be involved in the professional music scene. Caroline has given SSA presentations in Louisiana, Tennessee, Pakistan, Egypt and The Philippines. A motivating clinician and speaker, she enjoys connecting with and informing the community about all things space, mission, and music. Caroline's enthusiastic interest in space has been with her throughout her life and she has always found ways to incorporate science into any presentation. She believes everyone should have a sense of awareness and wonder about the universe, the Milky Way, and our solar system. She finds herself staring up into the night sky for hours on end, wondering about space, black holes, and inspiring people of all ages.
