Mariano "Mike" Buttitta is married with three children and lives in Monmouth Junction, New Jersey near Princeton.|Mike currently teaches full-time technology education, STEM, and computer classes, for which he was able to design the curriculum. He has been a NASA Endeavour Fellow for the last three years. He is working on getting a MS degree in Technology Education from Valley City State University and an MS degree in Science Education and Space Studies from Montana State University.|He is an active member of the New Jersey Technology & Engineering Education Association (NJTEA), International Technology & Engineering Education Association (ITEEA), and the Amateur Astronomers Association of Princeton (AAAP). |His long-term goal is to design an aerospace engineering class and a curriculum unit on an exploration of Jupiter's moon Europa.
