Dr. Westerhausen has been an educator for over 35 years. She completed a Graduate Degree in Education in TESOL in South Australia, and her master's and doctorate degrees in Educational Leadership in the Philippines. Her certification areas include Gifted Education, Math Education, Full ESL, and Administration. She has been a STAR Discovery Educator as well as JASON Project Curriculum Reviewer. She has presented at major professional science, math and gifted conferences: NSTA, AATM, AAGT. She loves spending time with her very supportive family. Together they like to go on road trips, hiking, biking, camping, and stargazing.
