Doctor (Lt Col) Dietrich P. Whisennand, Civil Air Patrol, currently lives in Cason, Texas. He is a naturopath in private practice and a retired Chief of Police. He is a member of the Civil Air Patrol & US Army (Retired). His education includes an AAS from CCAF, a BS from Excelsior College, and an ND from Trinity College, and a DD from Pathways Seminary, as well as graduating from the Army Combined Arms and Services Staff School and The Air Command and Staff College.
