Chuck Schlemm
Chuck Schlemm is an enthusiastic speaker who enjoys sharing the excitement and science of space exploration with children and adults. He has followed the space program for 55 years, had a 43 year career in engineering, purchasing, sales, supervision, and quality assurance including working for NASA and private industry, and has more than 30 years experience speaking to public groups about both manned and unmanned space programs and solar system exploration. He is President of the Middle Tennessee Space Society and is a member of several other organizations dedicated to the development of a spacefaring civilization such as The Moon Society and the Mars Society. Chuck presents exhibitions of America's space exploration programs using spacecraft models, planetary globes, hands on demos of planetary gravity strengths, meteor impact cratering and more. He has presented at schools, libraries, museums, scouts, conventions and more.
