Linda Gauthier was born and raised in Baton Rouge. In 1969, she received a BS in secondary education to teach biology, chemistry, and general science. Certification in computer literacy was added in 1988. She is currently enrolled at LSU in the masters of education in science program. She has over 60 hours in graduate school and has attended NASA NEWEST, Mission to Planet Earth Workshop and Liftoff Texas Space Grant Workshop.|SOLAR SYSTEM AMBASSADOR MASTER TEACHER
