Janine Jamison-Miller has been working in libraries in Arkansas for over 20 years. She has worked in various public libraries throughout the state of Arkansas in various capacities ranging from front line worker to management to administration. Janine is currently working in the role of Coordinator of Training and Development at the Arkansas State Library. In this role, along with assisting libraries with training needs, she also works to empower Friends of the Library groups around the State of Arkansas. Janine earned her Bachelors Degree from the University of Arkansas-Pine Bluff in English, a dual Master’s Degree in Library Science & School Media Specialist from North Carolina Central University, and a Post Graduate certificate in Public Library Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Janine enjoys traveling, exploring museums, learning new things, and being a library nerd.
