Toni St Phillip is both the CEO and Director of the Young Men’s Christian Association of Bogalusa, Louisiana -- place she lovingly refers to as “The Y.” Toni’s career with the YMCA began in 2010, where she has held positions such as Aquatics Director, Programs Director, and in 2020 stepping into the role of CEO. She and her team have accomplished major milestones together, including a daily meal program feeding underprivileged youth aged 18 and under, a community garden that aids in providing sustenance for the Youth Meal Program, inner city youth art skills classes, educational cooking and nutritional classes and so many more. In more recent days of 2022- 2023 possibly even greater additions and partnerships have come to fruition, including the Collaborative Partnership with NASA Astro Camp. Toni has remained focused on her family and is youth-oriented, mirroring the YMCA’s mission to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all.
