Hello! Thank you for choosing me as your Solar System Ambassador. I'm Lyssa, and there's almost nothing I love more than astronomy. When I was 7 years old, I saw Saturn for the first time through a telescope and it changed my life forever. I am an planetarium educator at the Hoover Price Planetarium located within the McKinley Presidential Library & Museum in Canton, Ohio. In the past I also worked as an educator at the Center for Earth and Space Science Education at Tyler Junior College in Tyler, Texas - my hometown. My other interests include competitive esports, digital art, cooking, and of course - stargazing. My favorite thing to teach is planetary astronomy. I specialize in planetarium presentations and have experience using a Spitz A3P as well as the more modern Digistar system.
