Teresa Mobley is an elementary educator from Southern California. She has studied at California State Northridge and Montana State University focusing on science education. Teresa spent three years as her district's teacher on special assignment in the area of science -- a role in which she worked to improve access and interest in science. Over the years she has been involved with projects like NASA's HS3 (Hurricane and Severe Storm Sentinel) mission, worked as a consultant with some major science creators like SciShow, and trained teachers on how to incorporate contemporary educational media in their own classrooms. Teresa enjoys using technology to engage with others and loves sharing new and innovative resources to promote science. She hopes to help underserved communities have better access to STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) education and encourage students to pursue careers in STEM fields.
