Meredith Hoog is an Advisor on the Value, Evidence, and Outcomes team at a pharmaceutical company in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role she focuses on developing data on diabetes medication in the United States. She partners with groups across the company to improve patient and physician understanding of the benefits of properly using medications, as well as health system understanding of the economic and clinical benefits of treating diabetes to create better outcomes for patients. Prior to joining the company, she received her Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Epidemiology and Bachelor of Art in History from Saint Louis University. Meredith is an avid traveler and can often be found exploring Dark Sky sites across the US and learning about how ancient peoples interpreted cosmic events. When not on the road, she loves volunteering, exploring coffee shops around Indianapolis, trying new tea blends, and testing out new recipes with ingredients found during her travels.
