Brendan Cole is an Educator and Camp Program Director at a science and nature museum in Worcester, Massachusetts. Between his work as an educator and a science writer, he has reached more than 70 million people with the science of everything from his favorite equations to science fiction movies. Brendan has been hooked on learning anything and everything since getting a book about dinosaurs for his fourth birthday. (volcanoes and, of course, outer space shortly followed.) By high school, he occasionally missed the school bus because he was too focused on Carl Sagan's Cosmos. Brendan then went on to study physics and do research in astronomy and fluid dynamics before embarking on a career in science education. He has since written for online publications and taught at science museums across Massachusetts. He now lives with his wife and their cat in central Massachusetts, where he gets cornered at parties by friends and family desperate to understand Archimedes's Principle.
