Meaghann Stoelting is currently the planetarium director for Columbia Public Schools in Columbia, Missouri. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Physics, with a concentration in Astrophysics from Alfred University and a Master's Degree in Astrophysical Sciences and Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology. She has always loved science from a young age and strives to share that passion with others. She began her astronomy outreach career at the Stull Observatory at Alfred University working public observing nights as an undergraduate student. Since then, she has worked at the Rochester Museum and Science Center's Strasenburgh Planetarium as a planetarium show presenter and currently runs the planetarium for Columbia Public Schools. Her days are filled with planetarium presentations and sharing her knowledge of the night sky with K-12 students.
