Michael Hoke
Michael Hoke became a space travel enthusiast in his youth as he read books on the subject written by acclaimed authors. His passion for space exploration grew as NASA developed manned missions to the Moon. Watching Neil Armstrong take is first step onto the Moon in 1969 is one of his favorite memories. His excitement continues as NASA plans the Artemis missions to the Moon and Mars and as new photos of the Universe arrive from the James Webb Space Telescope. Michael earned his BA Degree, in Economics/Business Administration and Psychology at North Central College. During his career as a Business Development professional with Computer and Networking companies, he developed a strong interest in Data Communications technologies. He formed a company in 2003, to Represent manufacturers of these technologies, that enable Ethernet/Wi-Fi connections to the internet. Michael is excited about NASA’s continued exploration of the solar system that provides a view to the future. Michael spends his time in the St. Louis, Missouri area and he also spends time in southeast Florida. He looks forward to sharing information about NASA projects with the public.
