Since the age of 10, Victor Blome has had an eye to the sky. From looking at the moon through binoculars as a kid to viewing distant stars through a telescope as an adult; he has always had a connection to space. He is an advocate for learning and sharing ideas with people. He found the value of STEM which has shaped his professional and personal life. He works within the aerospace manufacturing and services profession in stakeholder engagement, systems project management, and quality assurance.
