Yasmin Santiago was born and raised in Arecibo, Puerto Rico. She studied at Interamerican University where she obtained a BS degree with a major in chemistry. She gained an MBA with a concentration in Project Management, which led her to develop educational material and programs at both grade school and college level. Her work is focused on encouraging those who pursue careers in STEM areas.
