Niki Yarger grew up in the Detroit area of Michigan, where she earned her BS in Applied Physics, Applied Mathematics and Statistics. She is currently enrolled at Johns Hopkins University where she is earning an MS in Space Systems Engineering. Ms. Yarger first became fascinated with space exploration as a child watching Carl Sagan present Cosmos: A Personal Voyage. She now extends that same fascination and wonder to others as an Astronomy Educator in The Dome at the Science Museum of Virginia.
