Nick Bradley has a bachelors degree in electrical engineering from the University of Hawaii and has been an amateur astronomer for more than 20 years. He is an Astronomy merit badge counselor for the Boy Scouts of America and a member of the Hawaiian Astronomical Society. He is curious about all things science, astronomy and engineering. His interest in space started from a book of constellations and a trip to the local planetarium and star party. He worked in the construction industry as a project engineer, project manager and estimator for 10 years in general and electrical contracting before starting a new career in public astronomy and outreach. He regularly attends public star parties with a large telescope sharing the wonders of the universe to everyone.
