Gabriel Vazquez is a college student about to finish his aviation degree at the Inter American University of Puerto Rico-Bayamon Campus. He is currently pursuing his Commercial Pilot License and will graduate as an Instructor. He is part of the Honors Program at Inter American university as well as a member of the Aeronautical Student Association (ASA). He has been a member of the Civil Air Patrol (CAP) for a little over a year. The opportunities he has been given in order to grow as a person and as a member of CAP have been incredible. The best part of his time in CAP has been the opportunity to be an Aerospace Education Officer. This position has allowed him to share his love for Aviation, Space, and Science in general. Being an Aerospace Education Officer has allowed given him his start as an educator wthout having to wait to became a Certified Flight Instructor.
