Annette Smith, grew up a NASA kid. With her father a NASA physicist/rocket scientist, she came to know and understand the excitement and significance of space exploration and the tight community of families involved in that work. Her life has taken her from California to Texas to Iowa. Her work experiences from a radio station, to banking, restaurant management and a long career running a funeral home with her husband. Having worked for more than 35 years in the funeral profession, she has come to appreciate all the relationships and lifelong friendships with which she has been blessed. Being a lifelong learner offers her an opportunity to now share topics that are of great interest to her and many others.
