Tom Lynch is an amateur astronomer, sidewalk astronomer and a library telescope promoter. He spends many Friday mornings as a volunteer docent at the Cradle of Aviation Museum in Garden City, Long Island. Tom is a retired accountant/CPA and has a BS in Accounting from St. John’s University. He was an auditor in public accounting primarily in the investment management industry, headed up an SEC Financial Reporting Group for a major insurance company, was the Chief Compliance Officer for a large investment manager and the Chief Financial Officer for another investment manager. Tom loves talking about astronomy, space exploration and library telescopes.
