Don Loving teaches science at Murray State College in Tishomingo, Oklahoma. He is currently in his 44th year of teaching, with degrees from OU, OSU, and an Endeavor STEM Certificate from Columbia. His hobbies and profession revolve around nature studies (including astronomy) and electronics. He sees space studies as a great “hook” to get students interested in pursing careers in technology. He would like to expose these kids to some exciting, hands-on presentations associated with the space program. As an active member of the Choctaw Nation he can also target some of his presentations to Native Americans and supporters.
