William Johnson is a Science Educator that graduated from Coastal Carolina University with Graduate Coursework in Secondary Science Education and Bachelors of Science in Health Promotion. He served as a natural science educator and led trainings for several organizations over the last six years. As of May he had the privilege of reaching over 11,000 students and community members in South Carolina. He looks forward to inspiring as many individuals as I by sharing his passion for astronomy and how it connects back to everything, we see around us, including ourselves. Whether it’s helping high school students gain a deeper understanding of Stellar Nucleosynthesis or teaching elementary school students the influences Earth's Moon has on our planet, he enjoys his time with all audiences. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing the expression on someone’s face the first time you show them the Moon through a telescope or the way a child’s eyes lights up when they see the rings Saturn!
