Hallie Hatfield was born and raised in Kansas, where the beauty of the dark night skies is captivating. She studied at Kansas State University to become a secondary science teacher with a concentration on Earth and Space Science. She went on to become an Environmental Educator at the Konza Prairie Biological Station. Hallie still enjoys stargazing and is eager to share her love of astronomy with children and their families.
