Eric Vinande is a Senior Electronics Engineer at the Air Force Research Lab in Dayton, Ohio. He has been fascinated with the space program for as long as he can remember, starting with space shuttle launches and landings on television. After college he bought a telescope has enjoyed sky-gazing ever since! His daughter is named after a summer constellation. He is an amateur radio operator and has communicated with various satellites including the International Space Station.
