Andy Heidelberg has had an interest in the Solar System all his life starting with a large poster he got from the Museum of Natural History when he was in First Grade. He recently retired after roughly 30 years in the electronics industry. He has hiked extensively in the American West and Canadian Rockies. He also loves Lacrosse, and watching birds of prey. He lives less than 1/10 of a mile from a hiking trail in Boise with his wife and daughter.
