Jennifer Benn is a visual artist who has chosen to interpret technology and outer space exploration in her work. She has done so since graduate school at Syracuse University in the early 1990's - when she had email and few others did. She had access to the internal workings of computers and noticed the world changing rapidly as technology became more accessible and quotidian. She also worked for an electrical engineering magazine and has had a life long love of science fiction. She has been a college professor as well as historic interpreter and gallery attendant for years. She was lucky to attend a NASA social media event in New Orleans a few years ago - where she got a tour of the Michoud facility and information on the SLS program. She also visited Stennis Space center on that trip. She loves sharing that information with people of like mind and interest.
