Yayoi was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan. Her interest in the universe has always related to anything that floats above the ground and eventually she become a pilot. Later she moved to Sonoma, California. In 2010, she was fortunate to be able to sign up for a suborbital space trip. Since then, she's had many great opportunities to meet people in the Space Industry and learn/experience Space related events. Yayoi now wants to pass on her knowledge and experience to the future generations.
