Scott Nebeker was born in Long Beach, California and lived in that area until his family moved to Utah where he finished high school, then jumped into the Air Force as an Air Traffic Controller. Once he finished his stint in the Air Force, he built a steady background in TV broadcasting, moving up the ranks to be the Director of a local morning news show. After that, Scott found the amazing people of the San Antonio Astronomical Society. It was there that his love of space exploration was rekindled as he watched and helped children manually aim a 10-inch telescope at whatever they wanted. Since then, he started his own company where he now gets to do amazing things with Virtual Reality. He's been lucky to attend a few NASA Socials where he's made incredible and long-lasting friendships. "Space isn't just for NASA scientists in lab coats. It's not just for those with telescopes. If you know where to look, you'll see that Mars doesn't just exist as images on a screen."
