Jeff Mucklin is the outreach coordinator at the Nurture Nature Center and a docent there and at the National Canal Museum both in Easton, Pennsylvania. Jeff has been interested in science for as long as he can remember. At the age of seven he got his first look at the moon through a telescope that started a lifelong obsession with space exploration. He is still interested in space and can often be seen talking about it at the nature center using Science on a Sphere as a powerful visual aid. He wrote and delivered Sphere shows for the New Horizons flyby of Pluto and for the Grand Finale of Cassini. He has spoken to many scouts and and school groups and taken them on a journey through the solar system. He was able to witness the Eclipse Across America from cloudless skies in Tennessee, an event which he reported live to audiences back home.
