Chris Mitchell is a science teacher at Mickelson Middle Schol in Brookings, SD He teaches 6th Earth and Space Science. He works for the South Dakota Department of Education as a consultant. Currently, he is helping author pathways for the South Dakota Science Standards. He enjoys seeing the excitement Earth Science brings to his students. Experiencing that AH HA moment makes it worthwhile. He has two goals each year Those goals are to introduce his students to the forces that shape and impact our planet and universe and create a natural curiosity about the world around them.
