Kindel Kaelke obtained her bachelors from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta. While there she was lucky enough to take several astronomy classes and get hands on experience at the Fernbank Science Center Observatory. After working in the engineering field, she decided to make the change into healthcare and found Dentistry a beautiful combination of engineering, art, and medicine. She obtained a Master's in Public Health at Tulane University before entering the UMKC School of Dentistry and now works in a Community Health Clinic. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering in her community and staying active through running, yoga, rec league sports and attending live music shows.
