Kristin James is an educator in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. She's originally from Hershey, Pennsylvania where she studied Biology. After graduation, she taught Earth & Space Science at Verrado High School in Arizona for 6 years before moving back to the area. Kristin has always had a passion for Space and the cosmos! She worked as a Camp Teacher at Lowell Observatory, where Pluto was discovered. Now, she works at the Whitaker Center as a Manager helping to design curriculum, provide educational programming, and host field trips and camps. Her favorite book is Cosmos by Carl Sagan. Kristin is always looking to learn and teach about the cosmos!
