Janice Hill

Janice Hill was born in Bardstown, Kentucky in 1951; the Apollo 11 moon landing was in July 1969 and in August she was at Princeton University in the first class of women students, Class of 1973. After Princeton and a year in New York City, she attended Georgetown University Law Center, Class of 1977. She practiced law in DC, Virginia and California and is now retired. As a retired attorney she created an after-school student enrichment program at a local elementary school. Janice is excited by all things NASA. She follows as many missions as she can and loves the photographs and materials on NASA.gov. Reading about space exploration and the heroes and heroines who have made a difference fascinates her. She lives in Bristow, Virginia, with a cat, a fish, and a science-fiction loving husband. Her twins attend colleges in Virginia. Her son is a personal trainer in Los Angeles, CA.
