I am currently a PhD researcher in Materials Science at the University of Florida, where I develop computational models that help scientists predict how materials will perform. Before graduate school, I worked as a materials scientist supporting research on the International Space Station, where I helped lead experiments that studied microgravity effects on materials. I enjoy explaining science topics to the public and sharing how NASA missions advance humanity!
