Kenneth Bailey was born in Texas and grew up in Arkansas with stops along the way in the Philippines and Maine. He eventually joined the Navy and worked on submarines but Kenneth has always enjoyed looking up at the stars. He recently retired and now lives in north central South Carolina and enjoys sharing astronomy with people of all ages.
