Bob Riddle
Bob Riddle is now in 75% retirement mode after most recently working as a Special Education Paraprofessional in a High School Life Skills Classroom. He continues as the column editor for Scope on the Skies, a monthly feature of the NSTA middle school journal, Science Scope Magazine, and has published more than 260 monthly columns over the last 31 years. He is an active member of the National Science Teaching Association and other Science Education organizations, having conducted workshops or presentations at more than 200 regional, national and international conferences. He has served as the only Planetarium Director, twice, for the Kansas City Missouri School District. Bob was Adjunct Faculty for Longview Community College for 24 years where he taught online and classroom-based courses in Astronomy, and Physical Science. Bob has also been an outreach educator for several NASA programs including the Solar System Educator Program, the International Solar Terrestrial Project, and the Solar System Ambassadors Program. In 1999 he was one of 18 Educators in the United States selected as a Cassini Fellow by NASA/JPL. |SOLAR SYSTEM AMBASSADOR MASTER TEACHER
