Linneth Lopez holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the California State Polytechnic University in Pomona. She currently works assisting facilities reduce the use of toxic substances and hazardous waste generation for the state of Arizona and promotes sustainable practices for the manufacturing industry as well as the public. She is passionate about outreach and enjoys teaching various topics including hazardous waste generation management and reduction, solid waste diversion and water conservation. Ms. Lopez is an avid space enthusiast and is passionate about teaching the youth and the public about science and space. She believes today's youth are the explorers, inventors, discoverers and problem solvers of tomorrow and we must teach time and pass on knowledge to light their path. She currently resides in Surprise and has a spectacular view of the Arizona sky.
