Steve S. Bullock is an educator residing on St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands. He earned graduate and undergraduate degrees in business administration, public administration, agriculture science, theology and liberal arts. He has extensive experience in rocketry and aerospace science, having coached/advised eight championship teams over the past five years. Presently, he is a science teacher, employed by the Virgin Islands Department of Education and has taught speech and communications courses at the University of the Virgin Islands and the Caribbean Nazarene College. He also has 20 years experience working as a reporter for an international news service and a local St. Croix newspaper.
