Dan Malerbo has served as Education and Program Development Coordinator for the Buhl Planetarium and a staff educator at Carnegie Science Center where he has presented astronomy and aerospace classes and workshops for educators, students and families for the past 30 years. He currently teaches an Introductory Astronomy class at the local community college. In 1998, Dan was selected for the Stardust Education Fellowship Program and for the past 20 years, he has been a volunteer Solar System Ambassador Master Teacher. Additionally, he was an educator for NASA's Star Station One Program. Dan has written and co-written some of the Buhl Planetarium's most popular planetarium shows and has written a weekly science and stargazing column for a local newspaper SOLAR SYSTEM AMBASSADOR MASTER TEACHER
