Solar System Ambassadors
William Taylor
William F. Taylor is a bookseller and amateur astronomer based on Long Island. His earliest memories include witnessing the return of Halley's Comet from the roof of an observatory, and staying up all night to watch as Voyager 2 beamed back pictures from the outer solar system. William has had the opportunity to observe the sky from many different states in the country, accompanied always by a trusty 8-inch Dobsonian telescope and a pair of binoculars. William earned a BA in Economics from West Virginia University, where he was also a member of the Astronomy Club and participated in several all-night Messier Marathons.
