    Responsible for definition, planning and execution of day-to-day operations of the SeaWinds instrument project.
  • Assistant Project Manager/Instrument Manager for the NASA Scatterometer Project (NSCAT)
    Responsible for the implementation and execution of the instrument design, fabrication and test of the NSCAT instrument.
  • Senior System Engineer, SDIO/Pathfinder Project.
    Served as the Pathfinder integration manager. Responsible for the development of the experiment integration implementation plan. Interfaced with McDonald-Douglas and JPL experiment cognizant engineers to develop and implement plan.

    Managed Defense Space Technology Programs. Cognizant of approximately 70 small to medium sized tasks.
  • STS Engineering and Ops Manager
    Managed JPL's general support to the USAF's Space Transportation System activities. Established customer interface for adaptive budgetary/fiscal system, planning, and scheduling methodology. Developed work statement and cost estimates and negotiated each specific task with sponsor.
  • IRAS Integration Engineer
    Managed the IRAS telescope retrofit task for multinational program.
  • Cognizant Engineer, Space Development Engineering Section
    Developed launch vehicle adapter. Acted as division representative for Galileo/STS interface and as configuration engineer for ISPM preproject.
  • Voyager System Mechanical Engineer
    Served as system mechanical engineer for system assembly and test of Voyager 2 spacecraft and for RTG integration planning and implementation.
