JPL Images of Fragment Q Impact (Artist Rendition)

These images are an artist's rendition showing the collision of comet Fragment Q with Jupiter from different viewing perspectives. The Jupiter images were taken by Voyager 2 in 1979, applied to a sphere and rotated to the proper view.
