Diagram showing the relative position of the close Enceladus fly-bys E-11 through E-21.
Published: March 8, 2012

This graphic shows the trajectories for the Cassini spacecraft during its flybys of the icy moon Enceladus through the 21st planned targeted encounter.

With the exception of E-12, E-13, and E-16, each of these close fly-bys will allow sampling of Enceladus’ plumes.
