Alex Nachman has been involved with astronomy for five years. Beginning in 2016 with a life changing read on the origins of the Universe, her enthusiasm for space has only grown exponentially! She loves to learn as much as she can and always loves to share that knowledge. In 2019 she looked through a telescope for the first time and was awed. She has since learned how to take images through the telescope with her camera, has joined an astronomy club, and processes images from the Hubble Space Telescope for fun. Due to her first year as an SSA, her knowledge of astronomy has grown immensely and she is more involved in this hobby than ever before! She hopes that perhaps she can inspire someone the way she was inspired!
