William Borucki
Dr. Borucki is the science principal investigator for the Kepler mission. He says that the data from Kepler will have a major impact, especially if we find lots of planets like ours orbiting in the habitable zones of their stars. Then we'll know it's likely that we aren't alone, and that someday we might be able to join other intelligent life in the Universe.
Natalie Batalha
Dr. Batalha is the deputy science team director of the Kepler mission; she discusses the changes in her role within the mission and how her family has adapted to her work.
Bill Cochran
Dr. Cochran, an astronomer at the University of Texas, searches for exoplanets. He became hooked on astronomy during a summer course at a local university.
