Nadine Barlow
Barlow became interested in astronomy during a 5th grade field trip to a local planetarium. While her research focuses on Martian impact craters, she helps to lead an international organization of scientists interested in impact craters throughout the solar system.
Charles Cockell
Cockell is a geo-microbiologist who is looking at extreme environments and trying to understand how microorganisms survive in impact craters and the way in which asteroid and comet impacts might create new opportunities for life.
Michael A'Hearn
A'Hearn, an astronomer and principal investigator of the Deep Impact Mission, oversaw the impact of the spacecraft into comet Tempel 1 in 2005. The mission helped to reveal what is under the surface of a comet.
