NASA/Johnson Space Center

As a member of a quickly changing school district, Suzanne Foxworth finds importance in bringing in an element of real-world application to every lesson. Space is a topic that is loved by children and adults alike. She has had various opportunities to be part of NASA trainings. The Texas Space Grant Consortium has also provided a great deal of this training. Suzanne brings as many of NASA's STEM educational materials as she can into each lesson she teaches. Students respond to hands-on activities positively, and that is when meaningful learning can take place.
