Biography:
Howard Schneider teaches in the Science department of Curtis High School in Staten Island, New York, where he currently teaches Physics, Advanced Placement Physics and a variety of other sciences. He is also an adjunct lecturer at Kingsborough Community College in the Department of Biological Sciences. Howard obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Wagner College in 1997, having been a Biology (7-12) major. He had the privilege of having some of the most caring teachers ever. It was because of this that Howard knew he wanted to teach. In 2000, He received a Master of Science Degree in Secondary Education (Science) from the College of Staten Island. Being a Biology major in college and teaching Physics as a profession in high school threw Howard for a loop initially. However, he soon began to enjoy the subject and went back to school to obtain a license to teach Physics as well.
