RPS: Radioisotope Power Systems
What are RPS?

Posted July 26, 2012

What are some ways of generating electrical power that you're familiar with? There's solar power - which makes energy from sunlight. Wind power uses the force of wind to turn a turbine and make electricity. Hydroelectric, or water power, uses the force of flowing water to do the same thing. There's also radioisotope power.

Not familiar with that last one? Don't feel bad - most people aren't. This video will fill you in!
